We are currently searching for someone with at least 10 years experience in the outsourced contact center industry, whether working as a consultant, client services director or manager, sales and marketing responsibility (including inside sales) and/or business or corporate development for an outsourced contact center, business services or business process outsourcing provider.  This position would ideally be located at the company’s corporate headquarters in Weston, FL, but working remotely from anywhere in the United States would be considered for someone who has a proven track record of success delivering results while working remotely.

This position reports directly into the CEO/Founder and Managing Partner of this entrepreneurial and growing company.  Since this is a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization, must be able to work independently, take strategy and direction and run with it, have the ability to push CEO for direction ANYTIME 24/7 when needed.   Although you will have high level support to help you succeed, you must carry a mindset that you will lead your selling effort in all phases, from target account list management, through account planning, sales strategy development, high, mid, and low funnel sales execution, deal closure and sales transition to our delivery teams.  You will also contribute to account expansion and cross-sell of add-on solutions, together with other sales team members.

This position requires a consultative sales-orientation, leadership and influence skills and high-energy.  The ideal candidate mixes proven sales performance and execution with their ability as a strategic thinker who can define, lead and execute a disciplined sales process over time to maximize potential from sales efforts.  Operating with a bookings target, this individual is tasked with ensuring the company achieves its revenue goals for his or her territory consistently.

Responsibilities include:

– Effective qualification of clients and deals to support a “consultative” sales process.  Detailed discovery to determine of Golden Gate BPO can provide an effective solution(s), solutions review development, value proposition definition and business case development.

– Daily reporting and feedback on sales and lead generation progress and alternative strategies or feedback and ideas.

– Engage with key vendors/vendor partners and their personnel on a consistent and as needed basis to align plans and priorities.

– Sales Execution, including high-funnel/pipeline presentations and relationship building with customers, clients and vendor/vendor partners across all functions and levels from Manager level to CEO.

– Sales and Marketing Strategy, including broad and targeted marketing, brand building and pipeline management (company uses Salesforce.com as Sales and Marketing CRM).

Experience we are seeking:

– Must be able to SELL (in the right way); prospect, qualify, pursue, close, address objections and understand our solutions offerings, services, and our vendor partner’s products.

– Leadership skills to influence clients and internal sales team members to think and act strategically when qualifying opportunities, developing sales positioning messages, key win themes, solution scope and phasing, and what it will take to win deals.

– Driven, goal-oriented professional with mental toughness to weather the ups and downs of long sales and business cycles.

– Strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills; oral and written.

– Attention to detail, self-motivated and leads a disciplined sales process.

– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team sales effort, and to successfully operate in a flexible, virtual operating environment.

– Substantial work at home experience, if not able to work at corporate HQ.

– Significant experience in professional services/consulting environments.

– Proven track record as a successful sales executive.

– The ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organization, and to lead and influence across functions.

– Ability to travel up to 50%.
