Golden Gate BPO Solutions closed an outsourcing transaction on behalf of one if its operating partners with one the largest on-line retailers of cosmetic and beauty products with over 100,000 items for sale. Golden Gate BPO and its operating partner were engaged to provide inbound call center services and significantly improve the client’s automation, live customer service and sales and ultimately provide the right backbone to support the clients’ further growth ambitions.
