Golden Gate BPO Group Attends the ATA’s 2012 Convention and Expo in Hollywood, Florida

Golden Gate BPO President Stephen Ferber attended the ATA’s Convention and Expo at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida held April 27 – May 2 2012. “This year’s ATA Convention and Expo was a great opportunity to introduce some of our Operating Partners to several key relationships. Additionally, the rebranding of the ATA event to PACE (Professional Association for Customer Engagement) was very exciting. As a long standing member and active participant in the ATA, I believe this will help reshape the event and broaden its reach to new and exciting businesses.”

The ATA is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. ATA members include companies with inbound and outbound contact centers, trainers, consultants, and equipment suppliers who initiate, facilitate, and generate telephone, Internet, and e-mail sales, service, and support. Founded in 1983, the ATA represents more than 4,000 contact centers that account for over 1.8 million professionals worldwide. Contact centers offer traditional and interactive services that support the e-commerce revolution, provide specialized customer service for Fortune 500 companies, and generate annual sales of more than $900 billion.
