As a first time attendee for Golden Gate BPO Solutions, this conference exceeded my expectations considerably. The sessions and discussions were 100% engaging, and filled with important and relevant content. We have yet to get such a full-bodied take from some of the world’s greatest retail companies, consultants, and technology and service providers on the marketing side all in one place and within such a condensed period of time. We consistently engage with our clients to scope, carry out and implement customer acquisition, loyalty, retention and rewards strategies to successfully service new multi-channel contact center and CRM services on their behalf. Being that we do support our clients’ “omni-channel” CRM approaches, it was great to get the perspectives from many thought leaders in the space and industry executives as to their specific experiences in an intimate and interactive setting. It is not often within a period of 48 hours you are able to huddle up with chief marketing officers, loyalty officers and executives with similar objectives representing a broad base of companies such as American Airlines, Bare Necessities, Chico’s, The Orvis Company, BJ’s restaurants, IKEA, Cabela’s, Whole Foods, Raley’s, PayPal, Destination Maternity, Jewelry Television and North Face in order to hear their specific tales of how and why they attacked their Omni-Channel CRM and Marketing Initiatives in certain ways, their specific results, successes, failures, learnings; and why, what and how they plan to build on those initiatives based on their individual experiences to date. Priceless knowledge!
Devon Wylie, CEO of CRMC, did such a wonderful job coordinating and making this conference happen, Host Craig Wood, the Futures Company, was fantastic leading leading us through the program and inspiring great discussions, and current Retail Committee Chair for CRMC (and GameStop’s Vice President, Loyalty & CRM) Jen McMillen’s involvement and collaboration certainly made the 20th annual event and 1st time for Golden Gate BPO a wonderful experience. Not to mention, we certainly feel like we have are now part of a new family, CRMC!
