Bryan Poole is a seasoned business development and relationship management executive who joined Golden Gate BPO Solutions (for a second time!) in January 2017. Bryan brings over 20 years of contact center and outsourcing experience to the Golden Gate BPO team, specifically in vendor and client relations, service delivery, operations and performance improvement. He has a knack for leveraging direct, decisive leadership with a sharp focus on results and achieving goals. Additionally, Bryan possesses an innate understanding of the key success drivers necessary to direct strategy development and execution, the supervision of daily operations, and meeting and exceeding organizational needs. His expertise has evolved through a dynamic global contact center background including exposure to multiple business sectors.
His career began in the consumer credit industry with Chase Bankcard Services and Prudential Bank and Trust. Shortly after joining CompuCredit in 1998, Bryan shifted his focus to managing outsourced call center and print/mail operations. During Bryan’s 12 year career at CompuCredit, he held the titles of Operations Manager, Sr. Operations Manager and Director of Business Process Outsourcing. He then moved into the Director of Call Center Operations role at Credit Benefit Services in 2010, and from there he went on to open his own consulting business. Bryan joined Golden Gate BPO initially in 2012 serving as Managing Director. He left briefly for a position in the consumer credit industry at Vesta Corporation, and returned to Golden Gate BPO in 2017.
Bryan attended both the University of Oklahoma and Arizona State University, where he studied history and business management. He is also active in the local community, volunteering with organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Hands on Atlanta and FurKids.
