Golden Gate BPO Solutions President Stephen Ferber attended the ITEXPO at the Miami Beach Convention center in Miami, Florida, held January 31 – February 3, 2012. “The ITEXPO is a great event and always very well attended. I was most impressed with the robust sessions and content the ITEXPO provides. There are over 200+ exhibitors and the range is pretty impressive including; VoIP providers, SIP trunking, telecom systems, contact centers and cloud services.”
