Golden Gate BPO attended the IQPC’s Call Center Week held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, from June 4 – 8, 2012.

IQPC’s Call Center Week in Las Vegas has, in our view, emerged as “The” signature event for us put on by the conference company. First of all, we see the continued growth of the support they very much deserve with attendance numbers appearing to go up significantly each year, in particular the last 3 years. It has become a staple event for us as we accomplish so much by meeting with several of our clients and prospective clients in one place to catch up on each other’s business and priorities, stay up to speed with the technology and call center support companies that always remain important and relevant players for us and also drawing from a very broad base of industries and their professional that focus on every aspect of the CRM chain.
