We enjoyed seeing everyone at the 2014 ERA D2C Show at The Wynn, Las Vegas. Two of our executives, Stephen Ferber and Tracy Thompson, attended in support of Golden Gate BPO’s partners and clients. It’s an event we look forward to every year and enjoy the opportunity to network and connect with industry professionals.
As always, the show was a good mix of education sessions, ERA Council meetings, and evening events. We were eager for the opportunity to attend the Hispanic Council Meeting and learn more about this important segment of our industry and strategize on ways to provide superior service. It’s exciting to think about the ways we can implement what we learned and help our partners and call center outsourcing clients continue to succeed and grow.
