Golden Gate BPO Solutions Announces Tom Behm to Oversee Operations
Tom Behm joined Golden Gate BPO Solutions as managing director, operations. Tom brings with him over twenty years of experience in the contact center and outsourcing industry, where he has served in various management roles directly within contact center organizations and on behalf of clients outsourcing their services. He has also been an active and supportive participant in several industry associations, including SOCAP and PACE, where he’s the newest board member for the Midwest Chapter.
