RedCap has engaged Golden Gate BPO Solutions for its Consultative Services and Direct Marketing Support.

RedCap was launched in late 2010 as a membership-based, premium driver-on-demand service for people who value safety, convenience and privacy at an affordable price.  The advantage of RedCap’s service over traditional car services and taxis is that it is more affordable (the fees for waiting and the rates per hour run about half of what they are for limos, for example) and the cars are typically more comfortable (people tend to prefer the comfort of their own vehicles to taxis driven by strangers).

RedCap is easily defined through its slogan, “Everyone’s Personal Driver.”  RedCap customers typically use their service as personal chauffeurs, for nights out on the town, airports and seaports, auto service, executive drivers, corporate events, medical appointments, shuttling kids, drivers for seniors, other events and special occasions in addition to a host of creative ways.
