Last week, Tracy Thompson with Golden Gate BPO Solutions attended the Channel Partners Conference (a/k/a CP Expo) at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas held February 26 through 28, 2014.
Attending the Channel Partners Conference helps us expand our knowledge and relationships with carriers, telcos, and cloud service providers. The combination of educational sessions and face-to-face interaction with vendors and industry experts strengthens our relationships and provides a foundation of knowledge that we can use to benefit our clients.
This year, we were impressed with the well-rounded attendance. CP Expo had a wide variety of exhibitors including manufacturers, distributors, MSP’s, cloud technology vendors and attorneys. If you were looking to learn more about technology in customer experience and engagement, this was certainly a great place to be.
