In April 2013, Golden Gate BPO was engaged by Trepoint to provide guidance and support to develop a lead generation program to assist with increasing enrollment in a ‘big data’ seminar being held in San Francisco.  The engagement led to a successful test program managed by Golden Gate BPO’s operating partner, Sound Telecom, in May 2013.

As a result of the successful test and the results, Trepoint once again engaged Golden Gate BPO and Sound Telecom in August 2013 for outbound call center enrollment for a large online technology seminar.  With an exceptionally short 8-day lead time, Sound Telecom successfully launched the campaign.  By leveraging Golden Gate’s experience in lead management and list targeting, Golden Gate BPO worked with Trepoint to develop a highly targeted list  Despite the typical industry standard 2-5% conversion rate, by using this targeted process and Sound Telecom’s excellent performance, Sound Telecom achieved an impressive 50% conversion rate on behalf of Trepoint.
